Nature Conservancy Job Vacancy: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT. The Nature Conservancy is a international conservation NGO dedicated to preserve the plants, animals, and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters to survive.
Currently we are looking for the following position:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
This position will:
• Assisting Country Representative in the preparation, compilation, quality checking, and submission of planning and reporting documentation to PHKA, other Government agencies and Board of Advisors;
• Serving as a liaison in relationship with the Board of Advisors that covers works such as managing the schedule, preparing the meetings, taking meeting notes and minutes, submitting materials, and other tasks as directed by Country representative;
• Providing professional support to Country Representative including but not limited to managing the schedule, meetings, budget, phone calls, travel, leave, telecommunication and office supply needs, filing, printing, purchasing request, logistics, ongoing communication with staff and necessary follow, of Country Representative;
• Keeping assigned sensitive matters, information, and data highly confidential and bringing in new initiatives;
• Supporting County Representative in managing staff leadership program in terms of material preparation, call/meeting scheduling, event/activities, budget estimation, and other tasks required by Country Representative;
Job Requirements and application information
• Bachelor’s degree preferably majored in communications, marketing and business and 1 year related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in written and fluent in spoken English;
• Experience in taking notes and preparing minutes meeting;
• Experience in drafting memos, letters, reports, and slide presentation;
• Experience in organizing events and meetings;
• Experience with MS Office, Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, including use of the Internet.
• Experience coordinating projects, setting realistic deadlines, managing a timeline, or related.
• Experience working and being a liaison with a wide range of people, such as board of directors and advisors, donors, government officials, volunteers, the public and/or all levels of staff;
• Having some knowledge on legal;
• Strong writing, editing, communication, speaking, and presentation skills and attention to detail;
• Awareness in organizational agility;
• Ability to organize time, manages diverse and conflicting activities, and meets deadlines;
• Familiar with cross-cultural exposures and sensitivity and interaction with diverse personalities;
• May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations. Specific language(s) may be preferred depending on operating unit.
• Someone who is extremely well-organized as well as possessing the ability to multi-task assignment
• Dedicated to meeting customer/client’s expectation and requirements;
• Ability to start, establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and gain their trusts and respects;
• Light-footed, quick thinker, and administratively competent individual who can work independently under Country Representative’s direction
This position will be base in Jakarta – Indonesia Program Office.
